For Mental Health Crisis – Call NHS 24 on 111
Patients of any age can contact NHS 24 by phoning 111 at any time of day or night and selecting the mental health option.
This service can support you if you are:
- feeling distressed or in despair
- feeling suicidal
- needing emotional support
- considering self-harm
NHS 24 will connect you to trained mental-health professionals who can offer advice, crisis support, and help you access urgent care if needed.
